1. Cancellation Policy:
We made it transparent and clear to avoid any misunderstanding on the part of any refund and cancellation issues between passenger and Air Ticket Services, we are presenting this cancellation policy that is applicable on the bookings made with us.
As we all know some times unavoidable circumstances occur and changes/cancellation of the flight booking required. So to take it in consideration we have to follow the respective airline’s, hotel’s, supplier’s guideline for rescheduling /cancellation of your booking made with us. Also, we are obligated to charge the cancellation fees as per the cancellation policy below:
1.1 Cancellation Fees:
– We usually follow the airline guidelines In case of cancellation/date change of flight tickets so respective airline’s cancellation policy for cancellation fees will apply as well.

– All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or through our customer service. – The cancellation date will be based on the date the request is received by the agency during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM local time).

All the bookings done by Air Ticket Services are non-refundable generally unless specifically explained. Any changes, transfers, or cancellation in relation to airfare, or Tour packages (flight + hotel) that affects the booked flight(s), will incur any charges up to the price of the air tickets or the package booked. All the cancellations requests must be done over the phone call only.
